Thanks for using QuranFlow! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuranFlow mobile app and services ("Services").
General
QuranFlow Services are operated by QuranFlow Ltd ("QuranFlow," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
Services Description
QuranFlow provides Quran reading/tracking (Madani Mushaf/Flow), Prayer times, Qibla compass, Quran Circles, Hadith search, and Premium subscriptions.
We may modify/suspend Services at any time.
License
Limited, non-exclusive license to use Services for personal, non-commercial use. No reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial use.
Registration & Account
- 13+ years old
- Accurate information
- Account security your responsibility
Subscriptions
- Monthly/Yearly/Lifetime via RevenueCat/Apple/Google Play
- No refunds (app store policy)
- Cancel anytime
User Content
Reading progress, Circle posts:
- You own it
- License to us for service operation
- No hate/illegal content
Prohibited Conduct
- No spam, harassment
- No automated scraping
- Respect rate limits
Third Party Services
- Supabase, RevenueCat, Mapbox
- Review their terms
Apps from App Stores
Apple/Google terms apply. They are not responsible for Services.
Disclaimers
Services "AS IS". No warranty for prayer time accuracy or data loss.
Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months.
Arbitration
Disputes resolved by binding arbitration (AAA rules), not class action.
Governing Law
England & Wales.
Termination
We may suspend for violations.
Changes
We'll notify 7 days before major changes.
